We were supposed to try Kitchtora of Tokyo at 2/F Atrium in SM Megamall as it was featured in a Japanese Magazine, however I am not in the mood for Ramen that day. They do not serve any sushi could have been my option.  Maybe some other time for that Ramen cravings.

So walking around, we saw Citibank card’s promo of 50% off at Gumbo. Checked the menu, and it was not bad and pictures look inviting to eat as well. Good thing all of us agreed to dine at the said restaurant. They have food choices from appetizer, salad, soup, sandwich, pizza, pasta, side dish, Cajun and Creole, meat, seafood and desserts. We were given complimentary bread.

To begin our meal we had Four Seasons Salad – Crisp Romaine lettuce, tossed with kiwi vinaigrette dressing. Topped with fresh grapes, Mandarin oranges, peaches, kiwi slices and strips of ham.

For our main meal, we had Quattro Formaggio Pizza which is a combination of 4 cheeses: Mozzarella, Parmesan, Cheddar and Bleu Cheese. And Baked Lasagna which is a multi-layer of lasagna, pomodoro sauce, meat sauce and ricotta mixture with mozzarella and oven-baked to perfection

For the drinks, our server recommended the pitcher of lemon-strawberry (PHP400).

Thanks to Citibank’s 50% promo which ends a day after we ate. We only had to pay PHP250 each only for meal for 4. So better watch out for those Citibank Card’s promo here

On the overall taste of the food, all of our orders tasted good. We even ordered a second serving of the Baked Lasagna. Price is reasonable for the type of food. I might as well get back to this restaurant to try their other food in the menu.
