Paris last day: Sacre Coeur

We’ve been to a few churches here in Paris already.. But still I found Sacre Ceour worth going to because of how different the architecture of this church is.

It actually reminds me of a Muslim mosque rather than a Catholic church with it’s white exterior and oval shaped roof.

This is also the highest point in the city, so it offers another viewpoint of the city.

There are again stairs that you have to trek to get here.. so be ready for the climb… But for those that don’t want to do the walk up, there is a furnicular at the base of the hill that can take you up. ¬†Another option we discovered is that there’s this mini train that does a round trip from the Pigalle metro station to Sacre Coeur church.
