Spain travel: around Seville

(Oct 8-10, 2014)

After 2 nights in Granada, our next destination was to Seville.  Although Barcelona and Madrid are the more popular cities associated with Spain, Seville is actually my favorite out of the three.
IMG_0373.jpgHere’s some pictures of the sights around the city.. Seville Cathedral.. found the inside kind of boring but it was the view from the outside and the top of the tower that I enjoyed about this place. IMG_0379.jpg
IMG_0386.jpgThe Plaza de Toros bullfighting ring and museum in Seville… we just went for the guided tour and didn’t actually watch any bullfights.. IMG_0402.jpg
And even if you can’t afford to stay here, do visit this luxurious hotel even if it’s just for a cup of coffee..

Alcazar of Seville, a royal palace which is of Muslim architecture .. while we were here we found out that this was one of the shooting locations for season 5 of Game of Thrones for Dorne!! (The locations where they shot were blocked off from visitors at this time.. so these are the pics of the accessible areas)

And my favorite spot in Seville for taking photos.. Plaza Espana!  Hands down the most beautiful plaza I saw in my trip around Spain!!
