(Nov 24-25, 2014)
These are some of the other random sights we got to see in our short stay here in Osaka..
Hozenji Yokocho alley – just located south of Dotonbori, an alley that takes you back to the Edo era (1603-1868) Momofuku Ando Instant Ramen museum – to get here you have to go to Ikeda station from Osaka. It shows the history of instant ramen and how it is made.. But the main reason why a lot of people go here is for the chance to design and customize your own cup noodles! Unfortunately we didn’t make it in time for that so I didn’t get the chance to do it :(( Tip for those who want to go here: the part for making your own cup noodles closes by 5 pm. So make sure to go here before then. Also the Museum is closed every Tuesdays so plan your itinerary accordingly. The other place we visited was the Umeda Sky building – I wanted to get some top views of the city
I actually had a few more in my list that I wanted to get to.. but again I underestimated the time we would spend and didn’t get to those.. Another reason to go back to visit Osaka! 😀
